Ex UK PM Tony Blair's sister-in-law Lauren Booth describes October 7 (the deadliest massacre of Jewish people since the Holocaust) as a '"legendary day" for Muslims.
Booth, a British-born journalist who converted to Islam, told Turkish newspaper Yeni Safak: "How many millions will accept Islam because of October 7, only Allah knows."
Booth, 58, who is Cherie Blair's half-sister, also said she was "annoyed" with Palestinians for not murdering more Jews.
"I got a little bit annoyed with the Palestinians when I met them at first because I thought they had Stockholm Syndrome. Because not only were they not determined to hate all Jews or just take Jewish life, they said Allah will sort this out for us… we must be steadfast. And I was so angry that I said you really need to be resisting this in a different way."

So this is all we know about people occupying key decision-making positions at Meta India: 1. Priyanka Rao-Khan, associated with public policy at Meta Platforms India 2. Her profile reflects clear ideological positions, including protest imagery related to CAA 3. She is married to a Congress-linked individual 4. Aman Jain, Head of Public Policy at Meta India 5. Past association with UPA government 6. Has amplified anti Modi content on social media So @Meta has to answer that how are individuals with such visible political affiliations being entrusted with roles that demand strict neutrality?

Bear with this layperson’s view of American rescue missions in Iran.
I’m old enough to remember that US rescue mission- Operation Eagle Claw, April 1980.
Across decades, the pattern becomes clear.
Iran doesn’t need to defeat America conventionally.
It just needs to disrupt, delay, and complicate.
And the U.S walks in and before long sinks into that familiar quicksand.
Vietnam, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan…
Israel, however, plays a different game.
Where the U.S. tends to enter, escalate, and look for an exit (run?) Israel never really exits.
It’s already adapted to uncertainty and already operating in the grey zone.
It isn’t stepping into quicksand because it’s been living on that terrain for decades.
Which leads to a structural difference:
U.S.: Go in. Extract. Want to come out clean.
Israel: Go in. Hit. Disrupt. Exit, even if messy.
Yes, the U.S. has unmatched firepower. It can send anyone “back to the Stone Age.”

…But the moment there’s talk of boots on the ground, the world goes “Uh-Ho! here we go again.”
No doubt Hollywood will package this ‘rescue’ Rambo style with the usual bluster, bravado and perhaps also include Trump’s language for that artistic touch.
But more often than not, it’s Israel’s model, embedded in the chaos, shaping it rather than escaping it, for the long haul, that will leave the longer imprint.
