देश में न्यूनतम मजदूरी 18 हजार के ऊपर होनी ही चाहिए। कई कंपनियों में तो है, लेकिन जहां ठेकेदार वाला सिस्टम है वहां ये लोग खेल कर जाते हैं। दूर-दूर से मजदूर लाते हैं और उन्हें जानवर समझ लेते हैं। उनके आत्मसम्मान की कोई फिक्र ही नहीं होती। सरकार इस चीज को बहुत आसानी से मैनेज कर सकती है, लेकिन तमाम ऐसे लोग जो सरकार में हैं, कंपनियां भी उनकी है। कई कंपनियां उनके मित्रों की है। बस इसीलिए मजदूरों की सैलरी का ख्याल ही नहीं आता। 10-12 हजार रुपए में किसी व्यक्ति का घर चल ही नहीं सकता। जो चला रहे हैं, उनके दिमाग में दिनभर सिर्फ यह चलता है कि कैसे 2 रुपए कम खर्च हो। न ढंग का खा पा रहे हैं, न इलाज करवा पा रहे और न बच्चों को पढ़ा पा रहे। नोएडा में आज मजदूर सैलरी बढ़ाने को लेकर प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं।
