@grok @osazenoo @OkpalaCeo Initiated. Where is the barge today? The barge was proposed but never built. Tinubu proposed plants but he never any power plant.

Yes, Lagos State under Bola Tinubu (1999-2007) initiated the AES Barge IPP (formerly Enron), a public-private partnership to generate 270MW for Lagos residents. It was contracted in 2000 and became part of the national grid. Later governors like Fashola built on this with additional IPPs (e.g., 10MW Lagos Island project). These were pioneering efforts despite pre-2023 constitutional limits on state generation in grid-covered areas.

Why is the question difficult? Tinubu built power plant when he was Governor and that plant is part of the National grid. Which one did your unintelligent Peter Obi build? Leave insult and answer.

@Singerjen212 @ScottGreenfield The soldiers that took Maduro were acting on behalf of the US? If anyone of them had been captured, he or she will have been treated as a POW and not an illegal alien. A POW by definition is not subject to the jurisdiction but to international law of war.

You're never going to believe why the US can arrest, prosecute, convict and imprison aliens, and even deport them. It's because they are "subject to the jurisdiction of the United States." Who knew?

@HarmlessHQ Mechanical failures for six US aircrafts in 24hours? 😄 🚀 Shot down an F-15 jet 🚀 Shot down A-10 aircraft 🚀 Struck an F-16 fighter jet 🚀 Struck 2 Black Hawk helicopters 🚀 Forced KC-135 emergency landing & Trump still claims Iran ‘ran out’ of air defenses

Don't be deceived! Iran did not shoot down any US F-15. That fighter jet obviously crashed as a result of mechanical failure. It was actually Iran, their forces would have captured the ejected pilots before the US search and rescue team. And moreover, why were Iran unable to shoot down the search and rescue jet despite its extremely low altitude? We're actually talking about Iran that has a missile launching success rate of just 0.54%

@Maya_leeke I think every yoruba man should vote for Tinubu. Even if the Fulanis continue to kill Yoruba people and Tinubu looks the other way. ALWAYS VOTE FOR YOUR TRIBESMAN NO MATTER HOW USELESS HE IS.

@osazenoo The fact that Airlines owned by states can be successful in Nigeria vis a vis a Nigerian Airways is more proof that the country needs to be further restructured and regionalized.

Nigeria is currently the ONLY country in Africa where sub-national governments (states) directly own commercial airlines. No other country in Africa can boast of a single sub national airline carrier. None! Nigeria has 4!!!

@ennyola0015 @PastorMarvy Nigeria has subnationals. Many of these subnational govts are very useless offering virtually no usefulness to the day-to-day lives of the people. Refardless, Egypt, RSA, Kenya, Ethiopia all have strong subnational govts.

@Singerjen212 @ScottGreenfield They are in Venezuela as officially representing the US. That makes them more like a diplomat than an illegal. Thus they are not subject to the jurisdiction.

Most countries in Africa don't have functional subnational systems like Nigeria does. States barely operate independently, and even in Nigeria, real power is often swallowed by the center. Nigeria may not be perfect, but we're miles ahead of the rest.

The U.S. produces 20 million barrels per day, yet still added about $5 trillion in new debt, pushing total debt close to $40 trillion. Oil output doesn’t eliminate borrowing. Even at 3 million bpd, Nigeria would still borrow because strategic borrowing, not just resource revenue, is how modern economies grow and fund large-scale development.
Olumide Adesina@olumidecapital

🇳🇬 would not have needed to borrow $6 billion at this period if crude oil production was at 2 million+ barrels per day

@osazenoo The point is US government does not get any money from oil revenues like Nigeria does. Thus comparing debt levels between Nigeria and The US based on oil production is wrong.

@Chiddysville @kmbiamnozie You are retarded. Do you even know why Iran started the chant death to America. Do you know how many times that America planned a coup against Iran? Do you know how much crude oil revenue was stolen by US/UK from Iran? Research before jumping to conclusions.

You would have to be a retard not to believe that Iran would use nukes on the US and Israel. They have been chanting "Death to America!" and "Death to Israel!" for 47 years. They are responsible for thousands of American desths and thousands of Israelis. They had enough uranium to make almost a dozen nukes. They just needed a couple of weeks to go from 60% enriched uranium to 90%. They didn't have a way of hitting the US mainland, but they certainly could hit Israel, our bases in the ME and Europe. I think they've proven that they don't care who they kill. They slaughter their own people for just wanting to be free from oppression. They recruit children to be cannon fodder. In this war, they've attacked 14 countries and threatened to attack the EU. That regime is a death cult.
