Thanks for sharing. When a channel is terminated, the first step here is to appeal which sends his channel directly to our policy team & they'll follow up with him over email. He can appeal in Studio or via this form: goo.gle/455CvgK He can also view his appeal confirmation & anticipated review time in Studio
