Our Petition challenging STT in the Stock Market has been pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court for over 7 months. We sincerely hope the matter is listed for hearing at the earliest. 🙏🤞

Today, I along with my advocate Siddhartha K Garg went to the respected Supreme court of India for the hearing of my petition. Case: Legality of STT as a Tax in Stock Trading/investing. It was presented in front of the Honorable Judges Pardiwala and Vishwanath who heard the case points at length. Case has been admitted with notice issued to the government .🙏

#OptionsTrading Loss: 45K Charges: 11K Losses Are Part Of Trading. Somehow, Failed To Keep Losses In Check. Ever since STT hike, holding the positions longer, which is not my forte, resulting in bigger losses. Need to work on taking fewer trades.

@RiskReward90 need a few weeks to months to get used to taking few trades and hold them for long...this is completely against what i do.. may be high vix could be a reason, which should cool down in a few weeks, lets see.

@pullbackbuys placed limit order before the breakout, got filled at once when it broke out. but you are right, it is an illiquid counter...i generally do not do it...but since i had some profit cushion and setup looked good, i went for it. normal days, i generally ignore it. 18 to 22 in 10mins

#optiontrading Profit: 49K Charges: 12K Last day lost 40K where charges were above 10K. Killed Futures market with 2.5x Hike in STT. Killing profitable Options scalpers with 1.5x Hike. Not expecting anything sensible from FM who says Rupee is doing absolutely fine
