@_cat_piano @Jack_Cobalt_fur Been around the block for quite a bit, I can say that I've had dozens of artworks fully paid for and that never came to be for countless reasons. I sadly just approach art these days with a certain risk chance, already factored in.

This is really disheartening. I'm seeing posts like this becoming more common and it honestly hurts. I feel like being an artist in the furry fandom is a gift. You get to be in a position where art and creativity is valued above all else, with implicit trust with your clients. Artists can not treat this relationship carelessly. I'm really sorry you had such a bad interaction.
