@hannahf_rees Have seen so many lovely gestures from people this Christmas 🎄 which makes us feel better about the society we live in. Just like to add in my experience that it's the people from other cultures that seem to be donating food to people, especially for the homeless.

This is Mubinul Hoque. He kept his Liverpool chippy open today to give away free food and drinks to the most vulnerable and people spending Christmas alone. This was for a second year running. What an amazing man. ♥️

@SHEIN_Official @Tlcstarmoon Waste of time, I was told by online chat they would investigate it and reply to me within 5 days. Within an hour, I got an email saying I had to contact the courier myself when it's the retailers responsibility. Heard nothing since. Customer lost.

@SHEIN_Official I have several times, they don’t want to know! They require a photo but you can’t show wet/sticky substance in a photo over the entire parcel inside & torn all over. EVRI at fault but they said SHEIN need deal as the seller

@SHEIN_Official well the worst company EVER to not read your complaint and simply respond with set text. Parcel arrived wet, torn covered in sticky unknown substance clothes sopping/sticky. Refusing to help!

@SHEIN_Official I have contacted customer services, and they just fob me off. I was told to wait 5 days for them to look into it. A week later, I contacted them again & they told me I must contact the courier company. Legally, my contract is with Shein,it's not my job to contact them. #SHEIN
