Hi there, apologies our channel in particular has a lot of people reuploading our videos, or stealing assets to make their own, and some of those channels have managed to get millions of subscribers by stealing from us. As we're just a small team, we partner with a company who makes those claims on our behalf, we wouldn't be able to keep up with it ourselves. But we will certainly reach out to the company and tell them to release the claim on your video.

I hope I'm wrong about this but my subscribers asked me to check out and react to a video by the channel Oversimplified, so I did. My video got a copyright claim prior to release, but thinking it was the usual automatic bot system I appealed and disputed the claim, only to find that Oversimplified double down manually on the copyright claim. Even Joe Rogan manually lifted the auto claim, but you claim my video? @over_simplified was this a mistake by an employee of yours? Or did you actually do it? Before I make a public video about this I wish to give you guys a chance to rectify the unsubstantiated claim, also because it's a shame, I really liked your work. Heck the title of my video was: "Oversimplified Channel Did A better Job Than Some of The "Experts". My review is for purposes of commentary, educating and criticism and is considered Fair Use by both YouTube and Federal Copyright Law. My usage of the clips does not legally require the copyright holder's permission and I have every legal right to upload the heavily edited and transformative content. I did nothing wrong, so please remove the claim. Thanks
