To me it was pretty obvious that adil would be mad at Esme for hiding isfad marriage. This secret would ofc come out before the big one and is just a way of showing a glimpse Adil’s reaction when he learns it. The sole reason they made Esme know was to build up Esdil trust issues

Bad news but Esdil divorce is coming. I don't think it will be because of Isfad but it will be because of the big secret. There is no wayyyy that Adil "I never divorced you" was not intentional. The divorce is inevitable but it will be at the end of the season (my opinion)

after talking about divorce earlier that same day, esdil:

@overthinkloop I will never blame Esme, cause she’s trying her best to protect her man and child, but Adil and Eleni are bound to be upset about it. It’s just the normal reaction.

My final two cents are that they are bound to argue once the secrets are revealed. Hearts will be hurt, opinions will clash. However, it is a necessary step for them to be truthful with one another. Until then, they cannot genuinely find happiness with each other.
