I’d say new pay scale in Manhattan is something like this- Entry level- $250k, if you’re in your mid 20s at a good firm you need to be clearing this Middle management- $500K to $1MM, this is basically middle class now Doing well- $3MM plus If you’re surprised by the White Party offer, you’re not seeing what’s going on
