I agree. Several things: -Abolish NGO's -Cut off federal funding immediately and make every State re-apply -Create an oversight committee for transparency of funds and tracking of funds -Make all non-profits re-apply and prove that they are a legitimate company. All of this "missing $Millions and $Billions" from State officials need to end and hold them accountable!
