It's all about behaviour/change in behaviour, the accuracy & continual monitoring, Mark was alerted to a potential problem, physically there were no signs but #breedertagsystem with its complimentary H&W alerts, support & training from the breeder tag team, showed how good BTS is

Mark Harris of Cefnrhiwlas installed the Breeder Tag System to help with reproductive performance on his farm. Mark says the system has made a huge difference and the added benefit of behaviour monitoring helped save a cow that unbeknown to him had received a bite from a snake!

Great visit today at one of my suckler farms calving 120 cows in 9 weeks, uses breeder tag for heat detection @NorwegianRed bulls for maternal lines @GenusABS AA bull espresso and BB bull Governor for terminal sires. AA going at 12-13 months @ 385kg-405DW @patrickjspencer

Walked out of Royal Shrewsbury Hospital this evening - 37 days after being carried in with #Covid19. A million thank yous to the fantastic medical staff and the most amazing nurses on ITU who brought me from the brink also Ward 32 who got me over the line! #NHSheroes @sathNHS
