@JonathanMeres I did 10 sessions in three days once, and I thought *that* was intensive.

@petergbell Yeah. I only have to do a couple of sessions these days and I wake up the next day sounding like Tom Waits.

Particularly delicious FB memory from my trip to Doha 3 years ago, when I did 45 sessions in 9 days. I needed all the fuel I could get. And boy was this good fuel. The cauliflower pakora? Oh my giddy aunt 👌

WOW to think this time last week I was in the yellow pen waiting to start the Cardiff Half Marathon. I didn't fully appreciate the experience until I watched it back on S4C Friday night. What an achievement, dare I say "fun" experience? 1/3
