Parce que le Maire de Paris vient de décider D'AMPLIFIER le SACCAGE du marché immobilier parisien : 💸 Doublement de la taxe sur les logements vacants 🏠 Accélération des PRÉEMPTIONS (rachat forcé de logements privés par la Mairie) pour atteindre 40 % de logements sociaux (contre 25 % aujourd'hui) 🏷️ Nouvelle taxe sur les résidences secondaires 💰 Dans une capitale où la taxe foncière a déjà triplé, faisant augmenter les prix des loyers +9,1% en 3 ans ! 🔒 Où l'encadrement des loyers n'a fait qu'accentuer cette hausse, en entraînant la perte de plus de 50 000 logements sur le marché locatif. 🚪 Où le DPE prive chaque jour de nouveaux locataires d'un toit. Chaque mesure chasse un peu plus de propriétaires. Chaque taxe vide un peu plus d'appartements. Chaque dispositif rend les locataires plus vulnérables sur le marché locatif. La spirale est sans fin. 🔴 La gauche ne veut pas loger les Parisiens. Elle veut posséder Paris. Et quand la fuite est le dernier espace de liberté possible, on vit bel et bien en système socialiste.

Die Deutschen lieben ihre Unternehmer nicht. Jetzt gehen sie. Jahrzehntelang hat die deutsche Wirtschaft alles geschluckt. Jede CO2-, Diversitäts- oder Lieferketten-Auflage, jede Meldepflicht, jede neue Abgabe. Die fetten Jahrzehnte davor haben es möglich gemacht. Also dachten die Regierungen: Geht schon noch weiter. Stellen wir noch ein Bein, noch eine Anforderung, noch eine Vorschrift, noch mehr Steuern. Die Unternehmer werden das schon akzeptieren. Nein, werden sie nicht — nicht mehr. Das Ende ist erreicht. Deutsche Unternehmer wollen, können und lassen sich nicht mehr weiter melken. Und die Unternehmen, die den Laden nicht zumachen, gehen nicht nach Singapur, nach Dubai oder in die USA. Sie gehen zum Beispiel in Länder wie die Schweiz, eines der teuersten Länder der Erde. Wenn ein deutsches Unternehmen sagt, die Schweiz ist als Produktionsstandort günstiger als Deutschland, dann ist das keine Warnung mehr, sondern ein Zeichen politischen Komplettversagens. Das Durchschnittseinkommen in der Schweiz ist fast doppelt so hoch wie in Deutschland. Trotzdem produziert Stihl dort günstiger als in Deutschland. Die Hauptgründe: Schweizer arbeiten über 20% mehr Arbeitsstunden pro Jahr und die Lohnnebenkosten sind weniger als die Hälfte im Vergleich zu Deutschland. Für den Arbeitnehmer ist es noch attraktiver: Bei gleichem Arbeitgeberbrutto bleiben ihm 30 % mehr netto. Weniger verwunderlich also: Ende 2024 pendelten fast 407.000 Menschen täglich in die Schweiz zur Arbeit. Immer mehr Menschen belassen es aber nicht beim Pendeln. 270.000 Deutsche sind allein 2024 ausgewandert, ca. 75 Prozent davon Akademiker. Ziemlich Bitter. Aber was nun? Jetzt muss das Dickicht radikal gelichtet werden, um die letzten verbliebenen Unternehmer irgendwie halten zu können. Und um irgendwann wieder Unternehmer und Investoren vom Standort Deutschland zu überzeugen. Grundvoraussetzungen dafür sind eine radikale Vereinfachung des Steuersystems, Steuersenkungen und ein massiver Bürokratieabbau. „Sollen sie doch abhauen", denkt sich an dieser Stelle der smarte, linksverblendete Grünen-Wähler. Mal kurz zu Ende gedacht: Ohne erfolgreiche Unternehmen bzw. Unternehmer keine Steuergelder, ohne Steuergelder kein Sozialsystem oder Krankensystem, ohne Sozialsystem kein Auffangnetz für Bedürftige und ohne Steuergelder ganz sicher kein Umweltschutz. Der Staat verdient kein Geld, er verteilt die Einnahmen der Steuerzahler um. Das wird gerne vergessen. Wir haben das Gummiband jahrzehntelang gedehnt. Jetzt ist es gerissen. Gute Nacht, Deutschland. Guten Morgen, Umdenken.
