@SardananIvanova @NoDaLiDa I have a very similar (frustrating) experience with how the company that manages @NoDaLiDa 2023 runs document/visa-related inquiries. It was so simple for other ACL-like venues, but this process is too complicated this time.

I am very frustrated with the company responsible for registration for @NoDaLiDa 2023. I asked them for a letter of invitation to apply for a visa. They replied me after 11 days saying that I first need to register to the conference (after early bird registration time passed).
