@AndyBorrie Great point. Whilst youth NT’s ‘success’ shouldn’t be solely judged on results (better evaluated in many other metrics), the results (over an extended period of time) are a good indicator system ‘health’. How many players of standard? Can they compete physically? Tactically?

@pitkinroll Do you really want U16s to be measured according to performance metrics in a league system? Those rankings don’t assess anyone’s quality of life or lifelong learn in which is what really matters.
