18/10 UPDATE: WE GOT THE BABIES!! About a week from now I will start to send tracking codes through the email in the order form!!! Thank you so much for waiting 😭😭

HELLO AGAIN IM SO SORRY After a while I checked up on my shipping staff she (just) tell me that she will be done in the beginning of october (unannounced??!) SO I decided to take my goods back and pack it myself 😭 estimate to be done at the middle of September!!!

Her reasons are VN is being affected by storms so she’s afraid of the package being damage!! Please wait a bit longer 😭 I am also very uncomfortable with delaying this but that is the most thing I can do now since the ex-staff is keeping all of my stuffs…

23/9 UPDATE: She told me to ship the merch back when the holiday is over (when we talked last time it was at the beginning of September which is VN National Day) but after asking repeatedly since then she still HAVEN’T sent back my merch 😭 +

I thought hiring someone with shipping experience can help reduce the waiting time because I’m busy with school but I guess I trusted the wrong person. Not to mention the defects on my goods which has never happened before while I was packing them myself 🥹…

There were lots of problems in the process and I don’t feel like trusting them with the shipment anymore!! I have to pay unnecessary fees in order to get the packing process faster but as u can see it’s not going well!! So I’m handling them from now!

(personal rambling) but if there is a next time for opening international orders it may includes just merch i can print immediatly so the waiting time is shorter T__T there’s a lot of trouble from this batch so it took a really long time I want to apologize again

Note:All goods including the extra bits that got lost* I will change service after this batch so it can process faster since there are a time/distance differences so it consumed extra money for goods shipment to the warehouse and time T__T

I have no idea why they’re missing because i’ve checked the quantity before sending them out… but after that we’ll make sure to send the merch asap because its been really long… I’m done w my other works for now so i should be able to update more frequently!

[update] I’ve sent the international goods to my shipping staffs. After checking we discovered some of the merch went missing so we’re printing extras now! Since the missing pieces are just stickers it should be fast to finish 😢 should be done in 1-2 weeks

I’m also joing a con in august but i’m not rly sure abt international orders but I’ll see what I can do bc it’s probably my last con until I graduate 🤸🏻‍♀️

my semester started early and I’m flooded with school works since I’ll be preparing for graduation next sem(?) which make updating and sending out the goods super slow Thank you everyone for being patient 😭 I’m so sorry I couldn’t manage my time to be better…

Today the mama mousepad arrived which is the last item!! (And with my malewife mousepad too 🥺) I’ll update shipping code thru email once i’m done with checking and packing for international orders!
