Just experienced a very horrifying racist episode at @StarbucksCanada @Starbucks here in @GreaterSudbury ( on barrydowne road) . First this representative ( let's call her xyz) at the cash was very disrespectful and impatient while taking our orders. 1/8

@StarbucksCanada has some work to do regarding teaching their employees some cultural sensitivity, knowledge and empathy. @CBCSudbury @SudburyStar
