@north_spire That's exactly it! Had to get a little creative with the velocity + gravity, allowing some hang time to get the feeling right, there's definitely still some tweaking to do but I'm really happy with it so far as a rough proof of concept. Death Unphased looks awesome by the way ✌️

@wildh4rt Appreciate this is an old tweet but this is so accurate! Not only is it feature creep, but you also end up with a game that's confusing and unintuitive for new players due to the sheer variety of features.

Start small and keep your focus. Your core should be so simple and clear it's indestructible. Add juice on top later if you have the time. Doing everything is not a strategy, that's just inability to choose. #indiedev #gamedev #IndieGameDev #UE4 #unity3d #pixelart #indiegame
