my dirty secret is years ago i pan seared a chicken breast and the inside was wicked undercooked but i ate it anyway and it was really good and i didnt get sick and i didnt tell anyone until now

@INEED2GOHOMENOW weirdly, the only time ive ever gotten food poisoning from undercooked meat was from a chinese restaurant at a mall food court 😭 one undercooked stick of chicken had me vomiting my brains out but somehow the 15+ years of sneaking a bite of raw meat was fine 💀
