@senatorshoshana What really bothers me is the idea that HHS is considering incentivizing drs to change the way they practice medicine. I don't want drug companies incentivizing drs to write Rxs & I don't want HHS incentivizing them not to. Hopefully that is a little more coherent than earlier.
