🌟 Reflecting on an extraordinary day at the Lead The Way Youth Summit on Friday, August 11th in Hereford! 🌟 Words can't fully capture the immense joy and fulfillment I feel after pouring over 1000 voluntary hours into planning and organising this remarkable event. The passion and dedication of everyone involved truly made it a day to remember. 🙌 The journey was marked by outstanding milestones: 📊 Over 11,000 impressions on our Instagram Page, with an audience comprised of 59.6% young minds aged 18 to 24. 💼 Nearly 2000 unique visits to our event page on LinkedIn, accompanied by an overwhelming response of 550 RSVPs. 🎟️ A sold-out event, with all purchased tickets claimed a full week before the Summit. 👥 An impressive 70% youth attendance rate, highlighting the event's resonance with young changemakers. 🎙️ Four youth-led topical panels and five empowering workshops, covering subjects ranging from harnessing generative AI for global change to crafting impactful climate campaigns. These sessions, coupled with the involvement of young hosts, exemplify the potential and dynamism of our generation. This event was a culmination of hard work, passion, and a shared vision of igniting change through youth empowerment. Thank you to every attendee, sponsor, volunteer, and collaborator who made the Lead The Way Youth Summit an unparalleled success. Let's carry this energy forward, propelling us toward even greater feats in the realms of leadership, innovation, and advocacy.
