Playing with @Symfony Ux Autocomplete and @Sylius stack test application to implement a speaker autocomplete grid filter. I'll add a cookbook soon.

My PR adding #Symfony Workflow to #Sylius is merged 🤝🏼! For a smoother transition, we provided an abstraction over the state machine, so you can choose which one you want to use (Winzou or Workflow), but... you can also enable Symfony Workflow graph by graph 🥳! You'll be able to use this PR starting with Sylius 1.13 (once released 🥸)!
