We believe every aspect of your training should be intentional. While listening to @CatchingAcademy’s podcast, one of his guest (@HipHipJose5 ) illustrated this by describing how he initiated each repetition with a signal stance, prior to their setup. The catcher in this video methodically resets before each rep, ensuring a deliberate start and a smooth transition into their stance. Timing is key.
