Our phylogenomic tree of Aspergillus species helped resolve ongoing taxonomic controversies, identified new ones, and revealed extensive strain misidentification. Specifically, 7.59% of strains (🤯‼️) were previously misidentified - see figure for some egs journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/sp…
