⭐️ - Justin Tedim is a name you will not want to forget! Former BCAA All Star Game MVP and Broward All -County player has been working with us this summer to maximize the mobility in his hips, enhance the fluidity between his hands and feet, and amplify his finishes on the QB!

We have continuously been working with Justin to open his hips in order for him to clear the offensive lineman so that he can freely pursue the ball. In this video we have shown the first day of Justin opening his hips and clubbing the bag as well as his progress two weeks later.
