After 9 weeks of intense training, I’ve lost just over 2 stone. I achieved this by running over 200 miles and alternating between a 4-day and a 3-day water fast every 4 weeks. These practices helped me reset and focus on cleaner eating. I’m back training hard after letting myself go for 18 months due to family court matters and other distractions. However, I have no excuses now that I’m back in shape and fully focused on my work. My podcasts have suffered as a result, with fewer releases than usual. But I’m back in the game, and I have some Mega podcasts coming soon. Additionally, I’ve got two new documentaries to make this year. 💪🏼 #gametime
