Thinking about how kind my HS English teacher was. When she was dying of cancer she spent the yr teaching us about debt and scholarships and we made college binders for class in between shakespeare. It avoided disaster for a lot of us. While she was sick, the whole time.

After waiting 40 min in line, the @Hertz representative slammed the gate on all customers + said there were no other cars available at the location - and there was no number we could call for further assistance. Is this how you treat your customers? No car for a weekend trip now.
