Hi there, Thank you for your post, Regarding your issue, may i ask if you having trouble getting the DJI Mic Series product to be recognized when connecting it to your computer? If so, please kindly follow these steps to troubleshooting: 1)Check whether the “Input Device” on the computer is set to “Wireless Microphone RX” 2)Check whether the “Audio” - “Microphone” on the software is set to “Wireless Microphone RX” Note: If your device is DJI Mini, please select the microphone as "DJI Mic Mini" in the system or software. 3)Check whether the port/connection accessory is limited/damaged based on the computer port support and alternating test results. 4)If you use a 3.5mm cable to connect the DJI MIC/DJI MIC 2/DJI MIC Mini receiver, it must be powered on to connect to the computer. For Windows computers, if a pop-up window asks what device is being connected, select Microphone. 5)If you use a USB-C cable to connect, please cross-test different cables.Note: If your device DJI MIC 2/DJI MIC Mini, the USB-C/Lightning adapter needs to be removed when using a USB-C cable to connect, and then the receiver will be recognized by the computer.
