@KyleHydeFan I can only speak for myself but I enjoy the game still and the new additions to come are exciting for me. 13$ is so cheap for the hours upon hours of fun I get playing this game when I’m not on hiatus. I genuinely enjoy it. You sound like you’ve just grown out of it.

@KyleHydeFan DoH/DoL is optional, if you don’t like it you don’t have to do it. I personally like it and think the crafting/gathering system compared to other mmo’s I’ve played makes it more fun and interactive.

@KyleHydeFan MSQ doesn’t feel like a chore to me when I’m enjoying exploring the new areas and dungeons and story. If I don’t like something or I start to get bored I just skip the cutscenes and speedrun to finish (doesn’t take long AT ALL) so I can do the things I’m more excited about.

@KyleHydeFan @miureiis I play the game for the fun of playing it. I don’t treat it like a second job, and when it starts to feel like I’m doing chores instead of having fun I take a break to go play other games. I value my time and that’s why I spend it doing things I enjoy- ffxiv is enjoyable for me.

@KyleHydeFan @miureiis I’ve also played for 10+ years! Dawntrail was ass except for the raids and graphical updates for me personally, but all the system updates and new stuff for 8.0 looks like the game is going in a nice direction.
