@joshuapekera Thanks for the details! Hope they release it, love to try! We've been exploring solutions beyond Lottie like Rive & such. As you note, this seems to meet animators in any tool & really opens up the style possibilities! Any tricks for scaling as it is still a raster asset?

Several questions why we needed something new. We needed a small light weight asset that could travel over the air. It needed to fit into a motion designers workflow. Support the quality we needed, ie P3 colors, transparency, high frame rate, accessibility fall backs for reduced motion. It needed to be versatile so we could encode anything we wanted, small assets, product demos etc. It needed programmatic playback, start and end at any frame, so we could bundle different sequences together and tie it to logic or events. It also needed to work across platforms, one asset cross deployed everywhere which is a major production effort reduction.

@feedly anyway to keep the left nav opened/pinned on iPad app like we can on web? Small feature, but be a big time save vs always having to open it back up to navigate, and bring more parity with web. Unless I’m missing this feature? Cheers!
