Man, Ascended Heroes has me so addicted. Pulled 2 SIRs and I’ve seen SO MANY God packs opened. Social media might be getting to me. But I don’t care. It’s fun to latch onto a set and go all in! I’ll keep some sealed away but I really hope they print this set endlessly.

@Jet_Stream222 @BotansAura Pokemon isnt only exclusive to TCG though. Pokemon is also a game and a tv show that can be played or watched on nearly any piece of technology. Personally as a child we werent rich enough for cards but as an adult now i can buy the cards of my all time favorites from the games.

@BotansAura Pokemon cards aren't gonna be worth shit in the future lol. Kids can't get their hands on any, the nostalgia purchases are gonna nose dive HARD. So-called investing is gonna backfire and I'm ready to watch it burn

@EduMock @JuniorHunter Pikachu is pokemon mickey mouse. The card has no gimmick with mega evolution era texture quality. Both cards look incredible imo but the argument that its just pika standing infront of a tree so gengars better makes no sense when gengar isnt anywhere special either

@GrfineAmerican @PokeHEX5555 Ive always wanted a viridian pikachu + the mega evolution era texture looks gorgeous on a basic. Best looking cards we have ever gotten in my opinion. Hold any MAR or SIR from ASC in the light theyre beautiful. The goal for my favorite set are as many of my favorite mon included

Ascended Heroes or Crown Zenith I'm going to have to give it to Crown Zenith. -Best hit rates ever -Most fun set to open up ever -Deeper set list (ascended is deep to though)

@GrfineAmerican @PokeHEX5555 Like i said the art preference is subjective. I think AH art is better so i like to collect and rip AH over CZ. Only thing i enjoy more about Cz is the hit rate

@redchi59 @PokeHEX5555 Buddy not everyone is in it for the value, I prefer sets with better artwork and better pull rates, because that's much more fun to open If your plan is to buy sealed to resell, you're not even opening the set and shouldn't be a part of the conversation for which set you prefer

@GrfineAmerican @PokeHEX5555 They are similar words but theres a distinct difference in that the best has a defining superior quality, and the greatest has multiple good qualities. Both great sets but AH is just better on value alone not even the art which is subjective. I prefer AH art also, those MARs 😮‍💨

That said they chose that instead of BOAT, bc BOAT is dumb It took until now for me to understand that you prefer AH, because of how similar best and greatest are

Cz had the opposite experience. Both share top tier art, but AH goes infront bc more big name cards = more value longterm.

It's dumb to use both those words when comparing, it's just a cop-out to not pick the one you prefer

@EduMock @Geist254 In person its beautiful way nicer than the dragonite imo. The different shades of green/brown with the pikachus to contrast it pops so nice. Dragonite render looks cooler but in hand pikachu wins

@GrfineAmerican @PokeHEX5555 Greatest and best have different meanings. Greatest as in all around good qualities like good art, pull rates, was easily accessible, and a good investment. Ascended is the best set as it has the strongest qualities like high value, god packs, and alot of iconic kanto chases.

@RippinandSippin As it should. Odds aren't in your favor for getting the product and they certainly arent in your favor to pull the card. Prices will stay up as long as the packs aren't easily available to be purchased and if they ever are, the pull rate will keep the kanto chases up atleast.

A price difference that makes 0 sense to me, ascended heroes is just insanely taxed😂

it was nice seeing everyone get those ascended heroes bundles this past week. As a sealed collector, watching a majority of them not get shit let’s me know to keep them things sealed and to stay stacking ✍🏼
