How does it work?
Revolut’s new live in-app call identification appears when you’re on a call, instantly showing whether the caller is really us.
Revolut call: the banner or pop-up will confirm you’re really talking to us.
Scam call: a clear warning and red banner or pop-up tells you it’s not us. Tap the banner or pop-up to report the scam call.
How can I activate it?
iOS: The banner will automatically appear, if you open your Revolut app during a call
Android: Go to the Revolut app → Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner → select Security → Stay safe from scam calls → Allow call detection → Allow
Now live in the UK and the EEA (excluding ES), this feature underscores our unwavering commitment to protecting our customers.
