We want to take a moment to thank everyone who has trusted Reduzer with their work. Each project, no matter the size, has given us the opportunity to refine our craft, strengthen our processes, and demonstrate that reliability and consistency matter.

Building this campus was the right decision because having everyone in one place, completely focused on the same goals, has already made a noticeable difference in how rapidly students are absorbing the material and supporting each other's growth.

Two weeks ago we officially began classes at the Reduzer School Campus in Kisii, and our first cohort of developers has now settled into the rhythm of the program.

We’ve already started shortlisting students for the first cohort, and those conversations are ongoing. The program officially begins on August 20, and once it starts, we’ll begin sharing more from inside the experience, what the teams are building, how the students are progressing, and what it means to run a training program this deeply grounded in real work.

We understand that relocating to Kisii can be a challenge for many, so while we’re not providing housing or meals, we are offering relocation support to help students make the move. Most importantly, we have full scholarship for deserving students which will cover their tuition, because we believe the financial barrier to access should not stop someone who’s ready to work at this level.

The Reduzer School Campus Is Almost Ready🎉 After months of quiet preparation, we’re getting close to launching the first full immersion developer training program from our new physical campus in Kisii. This is a long term investment in creating a consistent, high quality environment where talented developers can train with the stability and focus they’ve never had access to before.
