A WAF that implements rate limiting improperly is a mess. When you hit a non-existent endpoint, you receive a 429 Too Many Requests response, but when you hit an existing endpoint, the server just returns 200 lol.

This is what I used to get started, Acer One 14 notebook (not even an official laptop) So yea I can confirm, your good with any computing device to get started then with time you can upgrade based on your need and usage !!! #bugbounty
