The original question specified "everyone in the world."
There's a critical mass of young children/babies who would not, under any circumstances, be able to understand the question, and would pick randomly. Voting blue is the only way to save them.

Have you ever met children? They are all playing videogames so complex most adults can't even understand them. Ask a 10 y/o to explain Minecraft to you and count how many times he rolls his eyes at you for not being able to understand him.
The kids will be fine. They'll figure it out faster than you did. In fact, them figuring it out is what pushes blue out of the question, because it adds a zillion red votes into the mix and you can't over come it.
