Thanks to all for the offers, but I'm not interested in meeting singles in my area, or learning more about crypto, or getting pictures in my DMs. I'll never subscribe to anything or buy anything, and I'm happily married (and my wife is an excellent shot).

Seeing literally everything through a left-right culture war filter must be an exhausting way to live. It is pathetic. Some of you cannot enjoy anything without shoving the whole thing through some stale ideological sorting machine and announcing what tribe it belongs to. The world is bigger than your compulsive little binary, and other people are not obligated to perform inside it for you. Not everything is a signal. Not everyone is like you. Get a life and learn how to enjoy something for what it is before politics finishes hollowing out whatever is left of your personality.

If my fellow countrymen had half the courage and yearning for freedom that many young Iranian women have shown, our society could still be saved. We have lost perspective on how bad it can get, and how quickly.

The problem is that all of us can see that the system has evolved to reward the grifters and to stymie the people who actually want to fix things. So it's not really "I'm to busy to do contribute," it's "My time is too valuable to waste on Quixotic quests."

Any culture or sub-culture that justifies rape is evil. Rich powerful Western men who build networks of victims. Convicts in prisons and the system that does nothing about it. Men who use race, ethnicity, or religion to justify their depravity. All of it.

Why a violent criminal became violent is a secondary issue. Earthly justice isn't about morality - it is about practicality. Violent criminals need to be strongly deterred, and if that doesn't work they need to be segregated from innocent people.

And by "amazingly" we mean, of course, that that was the expected effect.

Celebrating death, especially violent death, of political opponents is indecent. But we don't have to stop saying things about the dead that we would have said if they were still alive. Death, even assassination, doesn't turn people into saints. It's a fine line to walk.

Now replace "king" with "United States Government" and you have the Federal Reserve in 1913. Same story, different country. It doesn't end there. 185 central banks exist in the world today. Across the globe, the governments get as much money as they want, the bankers load their pockets with interest, and the taxpayers pay for it all. Oh, and if you don't pay your taxes, they'll fine you, penalize you, or throw you in jail. The ONLY way out of this is to STOP USING THEIR MONEY. As long as you're using the money that central banks control, the central banks will have control. You have to stop giving them energy. Use a different form of money that they can't control. This is why Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin.
