i had previous partners i used to do this for and in the beginning it seemed welcomed. as time went on, they became avoidant of anything i made them and eventually told me it was embarrassing. i was so sad bc that's a big way to show how much i care about someone.

From my personal experience with an artist who was suspended for violating ToS + constantly extended the deadline date that they proposed themselves + a fair amount past the deadline as well, vgen honestly didn't do much to help and just gave me a guide on doing charge back on PayPal I was really lucky that I managed to get the artist to agree on refunding me most of my money back Best of luck with your situation and I hope you guys can work out something that's fair to everyone

I don't see why VGen doesn't immediately give refunds when an artist is suspended from their platform... If they were breaking the TOS, surely they can't be trusted to handle my commission?
