@saaiyer They are not as misleading as this. Those ads are targeted towards adults btw, not children. Also, you are not eating Dove, Lizol, Lux, Fair & Lovely. River's pollution is also governed by the body CPCB/SPCB, doesn't mean Yamuna is not frothing at this exact instant.

@rishdotuk Have you seen Sunsilk ad? Colgate ad? Lizol ad? Dove ad? Fair and lovely ad? Lux ad? Do you think all these products work as shown in ads? They are all governed by the body ASCI. And within that the ads are made. There are disclaimers as well. We need to be aware.

@Itswhoyoulove Some people using paper straw think it's moral yardstick, some people going out of their way to use plastic straw thinks others are stupid and using use and throw plastic is their rebellion. It's clown-to-clown communication really.

@Itswhoyoulove It's just one of those things where you gotta decide just because people are throwing garbage at the corner of a street, should you too. I don't think anyone should judge you for using a plastic straw because that's all you had at that time.

@rishdotuk I'm not against better choices. I'm against turning tiny consumption choices into moral benchmarks. Moral policing someone for not using paper straw
