Behind every great craftsman is time, training, and the right people.
RLW’s 2025 Craftsman of the Year, Jeff, built his skills through hands-on experience, continuous learning, and pride in his work, growing from concrete to multi-scope expertise.
That’s the RLW standard.
We have officially kicked off with @WW_Clyde on the new 2100 North freeway in Lehi. This 2.8-mile corridor will link I-15 & Mountain View Corridor. Projects like this are about building stronger communities, improving daily life, & creating opportunities for future growth.
Recently, RLW slid the existing Route 6 bridge over Elk Creek in New Castle, CO to serve as a detour while we build the new one alongside it, saving time, reducing costs, and keeping traffic moving.
Another example of RLW teams finding innovative solutions to complex challenges!
Our team connected with students across the country who are eager to take on the challenges of our industry.
Thanks to the universities that hosted us- the future of the industry is bright!

We believe the best projects are built by people who take pride in their craft.
Alvaro takes pride in translating plans into precision field work. He always shows up with a “can-do” attitude.
This is what growth at RLW looks like: show up, commit to the craft, and get it done!
Catch us at the Advancing Data Center Construction West Conference March 11-12. We’re excited to connect with industry partners, further our knowledge in Mission Critical work, and bring back what’s next for data center construction. #MissionCritical#Construction#DirtLife

Safety doesn’t happen by accident and Charlotte is a big reason why.
As one of our Safety Coordinators, she helps keep our jobsites running safely
"My first priority is the safety of my crews. I want everyone to get home safely because I genuinely care about each person."
Happy Women in Construction Week! 👷♀️
This week is a chance to celebrate their impact and continue building pathways for future women in construction.
