Not the start to the 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Veterans ⚽️ season that I wanted but following a tackle in a game last night, my studs got caught in the 3G pitch & my leg buckled underneath me as I fell. Heard the snap and knew straight away 🤮🤮. Absolutely gutted that it’s happened, as things were building nicely for the ⚽️ season. Also a complicated displaced fracture so waiting to hear from the Orthopedic Surgeons tomorrow, hopefully I’ll just be in plaster for 6/8wks & no operation or 🚑 🏥 required.
