@Samanthastehbe2 @Al__Forrest You could try Verapamil at a final concentration of 10 microM as a broad spectrum efflux pump inhibitor to improve staining and stain retention.

@Al__Forrest I think we’ve used a pump inhibitor to get stains in @robertr33 is the master mind at this. He might have some tips.

Anyone come across mammalian cells resistant to acridine orange staining? trying to figure out if we haven't stained well enough or they are pumping it out/resistant to uptake.

The LCD screen resin printers are much cheaper (1/10th of the price) but are more prone to faulty pixels. So I chose ours based on reliability.

Hi SciTweeps, quick question: Which is the best bench size 3D printer in terms of quality/price? (reaching micron resolution is good but not a must, just needs to deliver very smooth surfaces...no those who leave textures...) #AskingForAFriend

looking at this timeline, any reasonable person would have told you that it would be impossible a year ago. the scale of what happened here won't become obvious until we're on the other side, but the downstream effects on biopharma are only starting. Human ingenuity is wild.
