@JohnLewisRetail you need to remove this part from your sofa listings on your website, as we're told when phoning that number that none of the sofas were interested in are available to view anywhere. If that's true, it would be better to just say "this is only available online".

@johnlewishelp I know it says you can't display all of them in every store, but it does say you can try that sofa somewhere before buying, which is not the case. We wasted time considering that sofa, assuming we'd be able to try it (because your website says you can)

Having run this account for just over a year, I am considering options when it comes to progressing it. I'd like to offer more value (longer term outlooks, increased prediction timings) but this would up my workload and I don't think I'd be happy to do for free.

A few years ago I went to a pig sanctuary and most of the pigs were stoned from eating green acorns. This one, Wilbur, couldn’t stand up and was too big to lift, so the staff had to leave him in this bush and wait for him to sober up.
