@TheAthleticFC People not realizing that counterfeit goods increase the prices of the authentic stuff since they have to recoup the losses

Over 4,400 fake football shirts have been seized by UK police in the biggest raid of a new pre-World Cup crackdown.
The early morning operation took place in the Midlands on Saturday at one of the largest outdoor markets in the country.
The cut-priced counterfeits — including shirts of major tournament teams such as Argentina, France, Portugal and England — were located at one stall that has been under long-term surveillance.
One man was arrested on suspicion of distributing counterfeit goods and taken into custody. He was later released on bail pending further investigation. Police confirmed that they intend to speak to further individuals believed to be involved in the case.

@patrik_vallbo @blokefromthebn1 there’s no way with his momentum that he would have been able to lay off a pass- anyone who’s played would know that
English

@robin35311 @blokefromthebn1 Because of his bad decisioning trying to dribble five guys and thus creating a turnover, meanwhilst Yasin was in an excellent shooting position

JPVH & Georgino will get the plaudits, but Minteh's effort to keep the ball in, not once but twice, is unreal.

🚨🏴 GEORGINIO RUTTER HAS EQUALIZED IN THE 95TH MINUTE FOR BRIGHTON! 🤯🤯 Tottenham 2-2 Brighton.

@SkySportsPL @BHAFC_smithy Didn’t realise Brighton were playing from watching Sky today

Laughing at working class people who are obviously struggling for a sense of identity is just sneery middle class snobbery

@Philwhi93285301 Agree Phil- as i have mentioned am just genuinely curious about his ambitions. I think we signed Copolla as his replacement last year…I’ll be as sad to see him go as I was Alexis.
English

@robin35311 The players you mention didn’t leave in a decent way. JPVH has been with us a while . He’s been honest for the last season and half saying he wants to play in European games.
He’s my favourite Brighton player ever and I’ll be gutted the day he leaves.
Unless he turns into a knob

Question: Will Van Hecke get the same treatment as Caicedo, Cucurella, Trossard and others for his lack of loyalty to a club that plucked him from obscurity and helped him become an international player or because he comes across as a nice guy will it be different? #bhafc
English

@HastingsBHA1901 totally agree and i’m asking a genuine question on the basis that others have been given a lot of criticism. nothing else
English

@robin35311 Slow down Rob mate , completely different ! The others got out their pram and dined tools virtually! VH has been brilliant this season and you would know he wanted to leave if there’s stories are true .

@IamDrBaldhead @danrayner29 @2rk_bhafc JK and Beeney did play top flight but were never international standard. Beeney struggled at times & JK did well at Oldham but the standard in the league was so much lower than now.
English

@IamDrBaldhead @danrayner29 @2rk_bhafc When you look at the standard at the time & our league status; for me no one comes close. I’d actually say that on the basis you’ve used, Ben Roberts was the best keeper i’ve seen but that was in the Championship/L1. However, technically, Bart still leaves them way behind…
English

Not sure how (un?)popular this opinion is, but while Rushworth is a good player, I really hope Bart stays and I think there would be a noticable drop off in keeper if we sell him and start Rushworth

🚨 Bart Verbruggen is expected to leave Brighton & Hove Albion this summer with big clubs in Europe in the market for a goalkeeper. Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain are all showing interest in him with many factors to consider for Verbruggen. 🔸 Arsenal — He'll be No.2 to David Raya. 🔸 Bayern — Depends on future on Manuel Neuer. 🔸 Chelsea — Need a better No.1 than Robert Sánchez. 🔸 Inter Milan — Keen if they can't sign Guglielmo Vicario. 🔸 Paris Saint-Germain — The club are unsure on current 'keeper Lucas Chevalier.
