@jojofleurs @kellyidara10 No, you probably need extra English lessons. The logic is that young players need to adapt and show their level. Guardiola is not the only coach capable of developing a youngster. Look at Hall for example.

Remember when I talked about Khusanov last season and some people, as usual, narrowed it down to 'another kid that isn't good enough for Chelsea'? Look at how much he has grown now at City in one year after an expected slow start. Kids mostly come in and adapt first before showing what they are capable of in the Premier League.

So, by this logic, a young defender who is not around top players and top manager won't develop? Mind you Khusanov and Reis joined City the same time but Reis couldn't cope and was loaned.
