I was never ever going to say anything publicly because EYE wouldn't have access to any other foundation in my complexion if it wasn't for Fenty. She forced all the other girls to finally make pigmented makeup for dark skinned girls. Her formula oxidized unfortunately, but the rest got it. Lol

Mistakes happen. As a team, the important thing is to recognize it’s never an individuals’s fault — it’s the process, the culture, or the infra. In this case, there was a manual deploy step that should have been better automated. Our team has made a few improvements to the automation for next time, a couple more on the way.

I'm in a few "adult women making friends in the city" Facebook groups and a lot of people want to skip right to sister level friendships. And that's not possible or healthy!
Too many "friendship problems" are people expecting the wrong thing from the wrong level of friendship.

i actually think “surface-level” friendships are very healthy. not everyone in your life has to be your ride-or-die. some friends are for the gym. some friends are for church. some are just for complaining about work or bureaucracy. when you stop expecting everyone to be your everything, the disappointment disappears. the deep conversations are for the 2–3 people closest to you.
