Without the U.S.A., NATO IS A PAPER TIGER! They didn’t want to join the fight to stop a Nuclear Powered Iran. @ClarksonsFarm1 Could be sooner if farming improved, as ozone effected mainly through nitrous oxide (N₂O) emissions from excessive nitrogen fertilizers and manure (agriculture's largest source). N₂O depletes stratospheric ozone and slows recovery. Smarter fertilizer practices help mitigate! ;)
