Congrats to Dr. Ishan Roy for being named as a collaborator of a new $150,000 award from the @The_HFoundation to @LurieCancer. This pilot could improve the standard of care for patients with glioblastoma. Dr. Roy’s research will focus on rehabilitation & cancer survivorship.

@jsonbecker My like is not for the weight loss explicitly, but for the hard work to develop a nutrition and exercise ritual. Keep in mind, even if your weight goes back up, continuing to be mindful for these things is more important than numbers on a scale.
