sorry but i actually think it’s incredibly noble for jesse to put himself between the patient and the ice agent. they kill people and he remembered the oath he took and made sure that she wouldn’t be one of those people.

the only reason why he still has a license is because robby covered for him. because santos covered for him. we see harm done to a patient in s1 because he diverted medicine. it’s not rocket science

You can’t use the Hippocratic oath as a moral or legal baseline for these characters because then you have to contend with the fact that Santos also broke her oath.
