Nigger patients are the worst to deal with in the hospital: 1. they're fucking fat and sick with 10 chronic conditions 2. they're fucking rude 3. they have no family support because they're all born out of wedlock and the children are also useless niggers 4. they never take their medications 5. they never show up to appointments (niggers always have 90% no show rate) 6. if they do show up, they're always late 7. they're fucking 60 IQ monkey brains are incapable of understanding basic medicine, so they make fucking terrible choices and refuse blood draws and tests tldr; taking care of niggers in the hospital is worse than taking care of a fucking monkey. at least the monkey doesn't talk back and actively impede care.

I will be sharing more raw, unfiltered, clinical experiences from my time in the hospital during medical school and residency. And you can't even identify me from these stories because everyone, including the liberals, has experienced it. They just don't speak up about it.

Then liberal doctors complain about racism in medicine. "blacks are underrepresented in RCTs" Well maybe if these niggers actually followed instructions they would be included. Pharma companies spend millions/billions on clinical trials. A nigger drops out because their IQ 60 chimp niggabrain "feels like it".

In medical school, we were tested on transgender niggas and how to affirm their care. They even appointed a professor to be the hospital LGBTQ director. This is at a top 3 US medical school. All the students ate it up. They LOVE screwing over little kid's hormones and chopping off genitalia. Is this the type of doctor that you want in the future?

@tange38185 One nigga in the psych ward was stuck there for 3 months because she refused a case manager. Why? No reason. Because her 60 IQ chimp brain felt like she didn't want a case manager. The concept of patient autonomy doesn't work when you're dealing with a fucking zoo monkey.

@ryanhansen33 This is the same reason I left social work in the city and ultimately moved to a rural White area to work in mental health. Blacks are beyond assistance. They are resistant to the notion of self-help and lack the capacity of forward-thinking.

@ryanhansen33 Mom was a RN working the ER in a Philadelphia hospital. Dad was stationed nearby in the navy. She didn't last long. Mom:" what those niggers did to each other every night and weekend was more than I could stomach. It was just horrible." Only time I ever heard her say nigger

@ryanhansen33 My cousin is a doc and does rotations at an innercity hospital. He's pulled cockroaches out of their ear canal when they came in experiencing ear pain. In another case, they were examining an obese blk woman and when she spread her legs, the smell was so bad that 2 docs vomited.

@ryanhansen33 @GeorgeR80383 Retired ER nurse here. Dealing with them was always torture, especially the families who all seem to wanna come along. I had family member sit there and tell me to get him a cup of coffee once. Giving them discharge instructions was hellish. Would not recommend.

During my medical school clinical rotations, nearly every nigger patient I encountered was fat, rude, and HIV+. They all had diabetes, hypertension, chronic pain, and 10 other chronic conditions requiring frequent follow up appointments with specialists (eg eye doctor, cardiologist, etc). They either didn't work, on disability, or worked some bullshit job. Why do we still provide healthcare to these useless monkeys?

Medical trial standards had to be lowered for sickle-cell drugs, because black patients just disappear after getting their free treatment. "Patients still in the sample at the end of the trial" is a critical statistic, and with black patients it is always close to zero, so the researchers have to guess at how well it worked.

Nigger patients: They never take their meds. They never know what meds they're supposed to take. They never know their medical history. They never have family to provide support. They fake pain and coughing to stay in the hospital longer for free food and housing. They refuse labs while in the hospital. They leave the hospital AMA when they feel like it to go shoot more fentanyl even though they have a pulmonary abscess and endocarditis needing IV antibiotics. Then they end back up in the ED after being found down on the street because they left. Repeat.

Quite literally what the average black patient looks like in the hospital. I feel bad for the nurses the most. They have to deal with the patient’s attitude for the entire shift. Giving meds, drawing blood, whatever. These poor nurses break their back literally to move the patient around to clean up their shit because these niggers are so obese they can’t get up to use the bathroom. Then the niggers complain the whole time the poor nurse is doing their job.
